How CommerceOS works

CommerceOS Connector links authorized provider accounts to normalized operational workflows with verification and reconciliation.

  1. Authorize. An eligible operator connects a supported provider through that provider's authorization flow.
  2. Normalize. CommerceOS associates authorized provider identities and events with the correct business records.
  3. Operate. Authorized users use the relevant order, inventory, analytics, reconciliation, or content workflow.
  4. Verify. CommerceOS records provider responses and reconciles supported state so operations are not treated as complete solely because a request was sent.
  5. Control access. Protected operator functions remain private; public product, integration, privacy, terms, and support pages require no account.

TikTok example

For the TikTok integration, Login Kit obtains user consent. The requested Content Posting API capability is draft upload only: CommerceOS sends the selected media to TikTok and the user continues from the TikTok inbox to review, edit, and publish it. Direct Post is not requested.
